Vesak2022The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Berlin celebrated Vesak on 29th May, with a Dhamma Sermon delivered by Venerable Olande Ananda Thero, who travelled to Berlin from Netherlands at the invitation of Ambassador Manori Unambuwe.


Ambassador meets new AHK-Chief Delegate

HE Sri Lanka MAS 1Ambassador Manori Unambuwe met with Ms Marie Antonia von Schönburg, newly appointed Chief Delegate of AHK Sri Lanka in Berlin before she left to take up the new appointment in Sri Lanka. Ambassador briefed Ms von Schönburg on the current economic crisis faced by Sri Lanka and requested for continued support in developing investment and trade opportunities between the German and Sri Lankan corporate sectors.

AmbRamsauerAmbassador Manori Unambuwe held a fruitful meeting with Dr. Peter Ramsauer, Member of Parliament and member of Bundestag Foreign Committee, responsible for Sri Lanka. During the meeting, the Ambassador shared insights on the evolving situation in Sri Lanka and was pleased to receive assurances of continued bilateral support from Germany.

CALLING OF QUOTATION - Heavy Baggage May 2022

ContainerThe Embassy of Sri Lanka in Berlin is hereby calling quotations from the forwarding companies for the heavy baggage of one of the Home Based officers of this Embassy, to be transported from her residence in Berlin-Lichterfelde to the port of Colombo, Sri Lanka. The quotation should include charges in relation to packing, insurance and transportation of the heavy baggage for a 20 feet container.
