SriLankaITBThe Embassy of Sri Lanka in Berlin is ih the process of finalizing arrangements for the participation at the ITB 2019. In view of that, the Embassy would appreciate to receive quotations for the following:

  1. 1. E-Class car with chauffeur from 06th to 10th March 2019
  2. 2. C-Class Car with chauffeur from 06th to 10th March 2019
  3. 3. 9-Seater-Van with chauffeur from 05th to 10th March 2019

Deadline for the submission of quotations: 15th February 2019

Passing away of Mr. M.R. Gunaratna, Consul General in Frankfurt

GunaratneIt is with great sadness that the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Berlin informs about the demise of Mr. M.R. Gunaratna, Consul General of Sri Lanka in Frankfurt am Main. Mr. Gunaratna passed away on 23rd January 2019 at the Universitätsklinikum in Frankfurt.

KuisineThe Embassy of Sri Lanka in Berlin is in the process of finalizing the arrangements to hold a diplomatic function to mark the 71st Independence Day of Sri Lanka on 06th February 2019. The Embassy expects 175 persons for the above event. All the drinks will be supplied by the Embassy.

DeepavaliThe Embassy of Sri Lanka in Berlin has celebrated Deepavali ‘the festival of lights’, at the ‘Sri Mayurapathy Murugan Temple Berlin’ and ‘Sri Ganesha Hindu Tempel Berlin’ on 6th and 7th November 2018 respectively. The special poojas were attended by a cross-section of the Sri Lankan community in Berlin along with the staff of the Embassy.
