CALLING OF QUOTATION - Heavy Baggage

ContainerThe Embassy of Sri Lanka in Berlin is hereby calling quotations from the forwarding companies for the heavy baggage of one of the Home Based officers of this Embassy, to be transported from his residence in Berlin-Zehlendorf to the port of Colombo, Sri Lanka. The quotation should include charges in relation to packing, insurance and transportation of the heavy baggage for a 20 feet container.

The pavilion showcased the expertise of Sri Lanka in efficient cargo handling and its further potential as a logistics hub.

Teaprom1The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Berlin, as part of its tea promotional program in 2019, set up a tea corner at the 4th German – Asian Business Dialogue, which was held on 5 June 2019 at the Alliance Forum in Berlin with the aim of promoting Ceylon tea.

Parliamentary delegation from Sri Lanka visits Germany

ParlDel1A Parliamentary delegation from Sri Lanka, headed by Hon. Kumara Welgama, undertook a visit to Germany from 2-9 June 2019 on an invitation extended by the German-South Asia Parliamentary Friendship Group. The delegation was comprised of Hon. Members of Parliament Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena, Sunil Hadunnetti, S.M. Marikkar, Wijepala Hettiarachchi, Shanthi Sriskandarasa and Assistant Director /Administration of the Sri Lanka Parliament Janakantha Silva.
