Sri Lankan Ayurveda-Offer in Berlin: First Siddhalepa Ayurveda Center opened in the centrovital

Siddhalepa1 siteThe Open Day of the centrovital aroused great attention on occasion of the opening of the first Siddhalepa Ayurveda Center in Berlin. Approximately 200 visitors came to the 4-star hotel of the centrovital to experience the world of Sri Lankan Ayurveda.

The three-member team of the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Center with a Sri Lankan Ayurveda-specialist, who is speaking a fine German, and two Sri Lankan Ayurveda-therapists in the centrovital will in future offer twenty different Ayurveda-treatments and therapies relying in the 200 years old ayurvedic knowledge of the Sri Lankan family company Siddhalepa and promoting health. The products used herefore are produced by Siddhalepa in Sri Lanka according to their own receipes and according to stringent quality standards.

According to the teaching of Ayurveda, the invidual constitution of the guest is analyzed in a consultation with the Ayurveda-specialist in order to adjust the treatment and products. Additionally the centrovital serves ayurvedic food, which – like the treatment – is adjusted to the individual constitution of the guest.

A traditional Sri Lankan decor with lively and harmonic colours and hand-made furniture produced in Sri Lanka for the centrovital creates the authentic atmosphere. Centrovital-Managing Director Jürgen Gierißen explains: „With the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Center, we extend our wholesome offer for the promotion of health and wellbeing of our international guests with an important component. For more wellness, our guests do not need to travel to Sri Lanka, but can enjoy the ayurvedic treatment in an original setting here."

Siddhalepa2 siteGuest of honour of the opening was the Ambassador of Sri Lanka in Berlin, H.E. Upali Sarrath Kongahage: „I am very happy about the cooperation between the Berlin centrovital and the Sri Lankan company Siddhalepa bringing the Sri Lankan culture to the Berliners and visitors of Berlin. The teachings of Ayurveda have an important share of that and are internationally renowned."

Behind the historical stone facade of the former Schultheiß-Brewery and the Spandau Lake, the centrovital offers a unique combination of 4-star-hotel, spa, sports club and health centre. The hotel has 158 stylish rooms and suites as well as a day spa for beauty and wellness, which also includes the first Siddhalepa Ayurveda Center in Berlin. Another highlight is a spa and sauna landscape with a 25-metres.pool. In the big sports club, guests can work out on multimedia-technology-equipment.
