The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Berlin wishes to inform that arrangements are being made
to conduct a Mobile Consular Service in Stuttgart on 25 July 2026 in order to provide
consular services to Sri Lankans residing in Stuttgart and nearby cities.
The following consular services will be provided during the Mobile Consular Service:
- Passport applications (new, lost and renewal)
- Birth registration
- Death registration
- Marriage registration related matters (Notice of Marriage)
- Attestation of documents
- Renewal of driving licences
- Applications for dual citizenship
- Applications for police clearance certificate
- Other general consular services (bank applications, no-pay leave letters, etc.)
Sri Lankan nationals who wish to obtain consular services during the Mobile Consular
Service are kindly requested to complete the Google Form through the link provided
below:
