Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI): Professional Sri Lankan Dance Groups
Consumer Promotional Event – Zurich, Switzerland, 09–10 September 2026
The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Berlin, on behalf of the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB),
invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from professional Sri Lankan dance groups based in
Europe to perform at a Consumer Promotional Event in Zurich, Switzerland, on 09 and 10
September 2026.
Interested dance groups should:
Consist of 06 performers, including a drummer.
Have previous experience performing at international events or festivals.
Be able to perform a minimum of 08 dance items per day.
How to Express Interest
Interested dance groups are requested to send an email with the following information:
Name of the dance group
Name of the contact person
Telephone number
Email address
Brief profile of the group
Details of previous international performances, if any

The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR), including the eligibility criteria and other requirements, as
well as the quotation submission documents, will be provided to interested dance groups that
submit their details to the above email address.
The selection will be carried out in accordance with the applicable procurement procedures and
guidelines.
