The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Berlin invites professional exhibition stand construction
companies operating in Germany to submit their company information for inclusion in
the Embassy’s database of exhibition stand service providers.
The Embassy regularly receives requests from Sri Lankan Government institutions,
including the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB) and other state agencies,
seeking information on reputable exhibition stand construction companies in Germany for
their participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
To facilitate these requests, the Embassy intends to establish and maintain an updated
database of qualified exhibition stand construction companies. Interested companies are
therefore invited to submit their company information for inclusion in this database.

Interested companies are kindly requested to provide the following:
Company profile
Company registration details
Contact person
Business address
Telephone number
Email address
Company website
Brief description of services offered
Portfolio of recent exhibition stand construction projects (if available)
Company brochure or other promotional materials (if available)

Any future contracts or projects will be awarded by the relevant Sri Lankan authorities in accordance with the applicable government procurement procedures and guidelines.
