Sri Lanka Embassy in Berlin hosts Iftar

DSC 0010Emphasizing the importance of promoting inter-faith harmony, with the participation of the Sri Lankan community and representatives from the Sri Lanka Associations in Berlin, the Embassy of Sri Lanka hosted an Iftar for the second consecutive year on Thursday, 30 May 2019 in the Embassy premises. The Ambassadors of Bangladesh, Maldives and Egypt also graced the event.


National Day of Mourning

MourningOn the day of national mourning declared by the Government of Sri Lanka, the staff of the Embassy observed 3 minutes silence as a mark of respect for and remembrance of all victims of the attack on Easter Sunday.

Embassy of Sri Lanka closed on 15th April

Avuruddu KopieOn occasion of the Sri Lankan New Year celebrated on the previous day, the Embassy of Sri Lanka will be closed on Monday, 15th April. The Ambassador and all staff members of the Embassy are happy to wish all Sri Lankans and friends of Sri Lanka a Happy New Year!
