Foreign Minister of Vietnam Hon. Pham Binh Minh was the Chief Guest of the National Day Celebration of Vietnam held on the 20th September 2012 at the Maritim Hotel, Berlin, which was attended by many diplomats and guests, initiated by Her Excellency the Ambassador of Vietnam to Germany, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hoang Anh.
At this event, Sri Lankan Ambassador H.E. Sarrath Kongahage called on the Hon. Minister of Foreign Affairs and posed for a photograph while explaining the current development and reconciliation program taking place in Sri Lanka successfully. Ambassador Kongahage also conveyed the greetings of the people of Sri Lanka to the Foreign Minister on the occasion of the Vietnam National Day.
