CENTRAL BANK OF SRI LANKA

Procurement of Services of a Firm with a Global Practice and International Experience for a Forensic Audit/Investigation on selected Entities regulated and supervised by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka

The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible firms to undertake an independent forensic audit/investigation of certain operations on selected entities regulated and supervised by the CBSL in compliance with international standards and best practices and also within the legal framework of Sri Lanka.

Eligibility Criteria

  • EOI can be forwarded by a firm with a global practice and international experience in carrying out forensic audits/investigations.
  • The bidder must have completed three or more forensic audits/investigations of a duration of at least three months in the fields of banking, finance or investments during the last five years.
  • The head of the team and two senior members of the team assigned for the audit/investigation shall be from a global practice and with international experience in similar assignments and such senior members shall actively engage in the activities until the successful completion of the assignment.
  • The required expertise among the members of the team shall be in the areas of forensic auditing/investigations, banking, finance, treasury, operations, law and information technology, and such expertise needs to be specifically identified with their qualifications and experience.

Procedure for Submitting EOI

The EOI and all other relevant documents (corporate profiles, details of previous forensic audits/investigations, team composition and their experience qualifications etc.) shall be submitted in paper (hard copy) form along with a softcopy in PDF-format in a sealed envelope labeled "Procurement of Services for a Forensiv Audit/Investigation on Selected Entities Regulatzed and Supervised by CBSL" on the top left-hand corner of the envelope.

Request for the EOI-docuiments for the proposed assignment can be obtained by forwarding a letter of request (made on a business letterhead) to the e-mail address . Any further queries shall be sent to the same e-mail address, and responses will be shared with all bidders through e-mail.

All EOIs shall be delivered by 14.30 hrs. Sri Lankan time on opr before 16th August 2018 to Chairman, Procurement Committeee, c/o Secretary of the Monetary Board, Board Secretariat, Central Bank of Sri Lanka, No. 30., Janadhipathi Mawatha, Colombo, 00100, Sri Lanka.

Provision of Consultancy Services for Establishment of State of the Art Financial Market Infrastructure and the Enabling Legal and Regulatory Framework in Sri Lanka

As part of its ongoing endeavour in upgrading financial system infrastructure, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka plans to establish a state-of-the-art Electronic Trading Platform (ETP) and a Central Counterparty (CCP) clearing and settlement system and a Central Securities Depository (CSD) system to facilitate electronic trading and straight-through processing of transactions in the domestic financial market. Appointing a Digital Advertising Agency to carry out a Digital Advertising Campaign in Germany - Bid No: SLTPB/SPC/Digital2018/Germany

The Convener, Standing Committee for Digital Advertising on behalf of Sri Lanka TourismPromotion Bureau (SLTPB) invites sealed bid proposals from reputed and experienced digital advertising agencies for the implementation of a digital advertising campaign in Germany. The purpose of the campaign is to promote Sri Lanka Tourism targeting German Market for a period of 6 months.

The total contract value of the campaign will be US$ 700,000/-

Digital advertising agencies with a proven track record and relevant experience are encouraged to submit bid proposals. Agencies who meet the following criteria are eligible for the bidding process

  • Duly registered Advertising Agencies registered in Germany as a legal entity and having an operational office in Germany
  • Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in the field of digital and social media marketing / promotions within Germany
  • Experience of Handling a minimum of three accounts for National Tourism Organizations in the past 5 years, with the contract value being not less than US$ 1 Million per campaign
  • Bidding will be conducted through Two Envelop Method following International Competitive Bidding process
